Fried Pok Choy


What is Pok Choy?
Bok choy, also known as pok choy, is a white-stemmed variety southern Chinese cabbage. The relatively tightly packed leaves are dark green, with long white ribs attached at a bulbous stem. The stalks are crisp and mild with a flavor similar to romaine lettuce. Although bok choy may be eaten raw, it is most often stir-fried or used in soups. (victoriapacking.com)

Bahan
  • Seikat Pok Choy organik
  • Sebatang cili merah
  • 1/2 biji bawang holland
  • garam secukup rasa
  • 1/4 kiub ikan bilis
  • Sedikit air
Cara
Masukkan pok choy kedalam sedikit minyak. Kemudian buka api dapur dan tutup kuali.
Bila dah abis bunyi letup2.. baru masukkan bawang, cili, garam, kiub dan sedikit air..gaulkan biar sekata. Dalam 1/2 minit angkat dan dihidang.
