Kuih Cincin

Last March I went to Kota Kinabalu. So, the first thing that I want to buy is Kuih Cincin or Ring Biscuit. I like kuih cincin because some time ago Kak Asra gave me a packet of kuih cincin to try. She told me that it is one of the famous kuih in Sabah . 'Cincin' means 'ring' in Malay Language, but it doesn't look like a ring. Perhaps it refers to several rings in the middle of the biscuit.
